Yahoo boss Think BlackBerry Is Not a Smartphone?   Several improvements were made by Research In Motion (RIM) onBlackBerry 10(BB 10) seems not to makeYahoo CEOinterested. In fact, in an interview,Marissa Mayersaid she asked her employees to“do not use” BlackBerry. “One of the most important part of Yahoo’s strategy is to move into mobile. From the statement expressed byMarissa Mayer, it can be said interesting, becauseMayer did not mention BlackBerry as a deviceto be used by her employees. In fact, in terms of security,BlackBerry 10has been certified by Federal Information Processing Standard (FIPS) 140-2 from the National Institute of Standards and Technology some time ago. FIPS is one of the minimum requirements to allow the product to be used by government institutions and industry to collect, store, transfer, share and disseminate sensitive information. So, with that certification,BB10can be said to be superior in the security, and for government institutions do not have to worry about sensitive information stored onBB 10smartphones.
